Massage helps to relax and reduce stress. It can improve circulation, and lymphatic drainage, help reduce and relieve cramped and knotted muscles and soothe overstimulated nerves. At the clinic, we offer traditional Chinese massage, firmer and more therapeutic deep tissue massage, and Reflexology.

We also cater to our pregnant mums by using a special massage table to make them comfortable for a reinvigorating and soothing massage. We use 100% natural products with no chemicals.
